Sometimes a Calculated Insight uses join conditions on KQ_ keys, and those columns return null in the Query Editor, so joins don't match and return zero rows. Removing the AND KQ_... conditions and keeping the ssot__Id__c joins should often resolve the issue, allowing the Query Editor query to return profiles and match the Calculated Insight's output. I couldn't find documentation on how the two engines actually differ, beyond that the Query Editor has docs for its specific Data 360 flavor of SQL.
